Before using your camera for the first time please charge it for at least 2 hours until the red indicator light turns white.
Charging with a wall socket:
To correctly charge your camera with a wall socket please follow these steps:
- Use an approved and certified AC adapter (5V, 2A). Do not charge your camera with any other adapter or one that exceeds this voltage\amps.
- Use the charging cable that is included in the package.
- The charging LED will turn red while charging.
- The battery is fully charged when the charging LED turns white.
Normal charging duration is around 2 hours or until the red indicator light turns white.
NOTE: You can also charge your camera from your PC or laptop but should expect it to charge much slower. Please turn Off the camera while charging this way for a faster charging time.
Charging with an external power bank:
To extend the battery life or charge your camera you can use an external power bank while working with the camera or while it is turned Off. Ensure that the power bank and cable are hidden under your camera to avoid interfering with the camera’s field of view (especially in 360 mode).
You can use a 90° tip cable to reduce the cable's visibility while recording in 360 mode.
To use a power bank simply connect the USB cable to the camera’s USB-C port. Connect the other end of the cable to the external power bank.
